These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CVCraft AI resume builder ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at resumebuilder360@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks the listed features for the lifetime of your account.
  • Career Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and may change with prior notice.

4. Refunds

If you experience a billing issue or are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 7 days at resumebuilder360@gmail.com and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the resume content, cover letters, and other materials you create with the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service for you (including AI features you trigger).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or credentials in a way that is unlawful.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users.
  • Scrape, resell, or rebrand the Service or its AI output as your own product.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions are provided as a writing aid and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before sending your resume to an employer.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVCraft AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or hiring decisions made based on resumes generated with the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
