• Account data — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Resume content — the information you add to your resumes, cover letters, and job applications (work history, education, skills, contact details, optional profile photo).
• Usage data — basic logs such as page views, feature usage, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We never store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• To create, save, and render your resumes and cover letters.
• To provide AI features such as bullet rewriting, ATS scoring, and job-match analysis.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or one-time purchases.
• To improve the Service, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional messages (account, billing, security). We do not send marketing email without consent.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant resume or job-description text is sent to our AI provider strictly to generate the requested output. We do not use your resume content to train third-party models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the product:

• Cloud hosting and database (for storing your account and resumes).
• AI provider (for processing AI requests).
• Payment processor (for handling transactions).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

Your resumes and account data are stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual resumes from your dashboard at any time, or request full account deletion by emailing us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
